Before ArrowCFO, Yanaidis spent more than six years at PwC, one of the Big Four accounting firms, leading audits of large public and private companies.
At ArrowCFO she works directly with owners. She learns how the business runs, sets up finance processes that hold up, and turns the monthly numbers into decisions the owner can make with confidence.
